Frank graduated from the University of Georgia
While attending UGA, he excelled in football. In turn, after graduation, he went on to play for the Denver Broncos.

Frank’s interest in the land came from his father who owned F. A. Richter & Co., a farming supply business that specialized in certified garden seeds which were sold through out the United States and Europe
Frank has successfully owned and managed a 750 acre pecan operation for the past 11 years
